Having made the decision to sell my apartment in Yalikavak and to upgrade to a larger property I contacted Darren to assist having spoken with several other real estate agents in the area. And that is precisely what we have done.
This type of project is especially challenging when you are an offshore investor like myself and my wife and what I suspect would have taken months typically took days and weeks with Darren’s leadership, business connections and professionalism. For example Darren introduced us to a leading Architect who was able to speak perfect English and translate our dreams into a safe and sound design. He was instrumental in validating and procuring building services for the construction and fit-out works and ensured that from a legal standpoint we were always on point.
Darren has also remained connected to the eco-system he created to ensure that the end result meets with our expectations. He is not providing Project Management service on this particular project but Darren’s tenacious manner and drive for execution excellence makes him, his team and LUXURY PROPERTY TURKEY stand out from the rest.
