The kitchen is spacious, well fitted and close to the outdoor the dining area.
Upstairs there are two bedrooms, with fabulous contemporary styled en-suite bathrooms, both opening onto the large upper sun shaded terrace with comfortable seating
There is a under floor heating system and also 7 air conditioners.
LOWER FLOOR (GUEST HOUSE):
The independent guest house on the lower ground floor offers a further two bedrooms again each with en-suite facilities, kitchen and sitting room opens to a large and nice covered terrace. It has been perfectly arranged to allow a large family or a group of friends travelling together to stay comfortably.
LAND: 7,300M2 the whole parameter secured with an electric gate, walls and fences. The upper garden contains lawns, a wide variety of fruit trees (banana, lemon, mandarin, pomegranate,cherry, apricot, plum, mulberry, fig, almond) and lower part left naturally with pine and olive trees. Also the pool area is surrounded by plenty of sun beds.
The independent cottage consists of 2 bedrooms, located close to the entrance and hidden perfectly in nature,can be used either as a housekeeper or a guest house.

The new and trendy Palmarina Bodrum (Yalikavak’s improved and enlarged yacht marina) is now one of the most striking marinas along the Turkish coast. It accommodates some of the most luxurious yachts along the entire Mediterranean as well as trendy cafes, restaurants and many branded shops.
Yalikavak is home to some of Turkey’s best waterfront restaurants, bars, and cafes with a vibrant town centre. Despite undergoing significant infrastructure improvements, Yalikavak still preserves its natural charm. Thursday is market day and a great opportunity to experience authentic Turkey. There are also many little beaches, including two blue flag beach clubs.
Yalikavak is surrounded by hills which give some spectacular views of the town and nearby Aegean coastline. There are a number islands large and small off the coast of Yalikavak as well as several secluded bays forming different districts of Yalikavak. These make the whole area of Yalikavak an ideal haven for sailors and nature-spotters.
