The interior rooms are large light, bright and airy, open plan living rooms with sleeping accommodation spread over two floors. In total there are 5 bedrooms (4 have double beds, 1 has single bed), 4 bathrooms, separate cloakroom/WC, modern kitchen plus additional TV room at pool level. 4 bedrooms have en-suite shower rooms. Sliding doors open from the dining area of the living room onto a dining balcony where you can relax and admire the views.
Entrance Floor: Spacious open plan living area L shaped including fully equipped kitchen with island unit separating kitchen from the dining room and a lounge area.
First Floor: 2 bedrooms all with en-suite bathrooms, some are sea-facing and have views.
Second Floor: Master bedroom suite, with large en-suite wet room, fabulous views to the marina, sliding doors opening onto a patio overlooking the town and sea. There is also the 4th double bedroom here on the mezzanine level which has a feature domed exposed brick ceiling. ALL bedrooms have A/C units.

Private infinity swim up pool which touches the side of the villa which is accessed via sliding doors at lower ground floor level. A pool ladder takes you into the water, access to the sun bathing terrace is via the edge of the pool, here is a large stone paved area which gets full sun, it has natural shade too provided by a tree in the grounds.

Yalikavak is on the western side of the Bodrum Peninsula only a 20 minute drive from Bodrum. Formerly a fishing village for the Bodrum area, Yalikavak is now one of the most elite towns on the Peninsula.
The new and trendy Palmarina Bodrum (Yalikavak’s improved and enlarged yacht marina) is now one of the most striking marinas along the Turkish coast. It accommodates some of the most luxurious yachts along the entire Mediterranean as well as trendy cafes, restaurants and many branded shops.

There are a number islands large and small off the coast of Yalikavak as well as several secluded bays forming different districts of Yalikavak. These make the whole area of Yalikavak an ideal haven for sailors and nature-spotters.
